James is responsible for Prime Aspect's vision, leadership, mentorship, and management. 

With over 20 years in the commercial painting industry he is considered an expert in his field. Previously being a 50% owner of one of Edmonton’s largest paint contractors’, James has performed in and mentored roles at every level within the paint industry. James has been instrumental in thousands of projects including some of the largest and most prestigious projects that Edmonton has had. James currently sits on the board of the Alberta Painting Contractors Association. James is well known and respected in the local construction and paint industry. He is considered knowledgeable, considerate and conscientious. His wisdom is often called upon by various colleagues and he is always happy to help in any way.

Colton is relatively new to the industry. He will be learning all aspects of the management responsibilities that come with a company that focuses on quality and communication and that values customer relationships.
